All rights, title, and interest in Tolfy Games products, including but not limited to: Game software; Game names; Logos; Characters; Artwork; Graphics; Animations; Audio; Music; Text; Trademarks; Website content are owned by or licensed to Tolfy Games and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
5. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
Our games may contain advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob. Our games may also use third-party services such as Google Analytics for Firebase. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Tolfy Games is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.
6. Updates and Changes
We may release updates, patches, new features, balance changes, or other modifications to our games. We may also discontinue or modify a game or feature at any time. You understand that updates may be necessary to continue using certain features or versions of our games.
7. Game Progress
Game progress may be stored locally on your device. Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular game, Tolfy Games does not guarantee that game progress, settings, or other locally stored data will be preserved. Deleting an application, clearing application data, changing devices, or certain system events may result in the loss of game progress.
